Chief Executive Sam Hou Fai is scheduled to deliver the 2027 Policy Address at the Legislative Assembly (AL) session, from 3 pm, on 16 November, followed by a press conference at the Government Headquarters (pictured) at 5:30 pm, according to the city’s Government Information Bureau (GCS).
In addition, Sam will attend a plenary meeting of AL on the next day, 17 November, at 3 pm to explain the government’s policy programme as well as to take questions from AL members.
The Policy Address and subsequent press conference, as well as the following day’s question-and-answer session with AL members, can be watched via live broadcast on the television channels and radio service of public broadcaster TDM, or online via the Macau SAR Government Portal, website of the Chief Executive’s Office, AL’s website, GCS’s website and the Policy Address’s official webpage.

Meanwhile, the schedule for AL meetings to debate policy guidelines are: the administrative and judicial affairs sector on 20 November, the economy and finance sector on 23 November, the security sector on 25 November, the social and cultural affairs sector on 27 November, as well as the transport and public works sector on 30 November.
