The Macao University of Tourism (UTM) and Australia’s Griffith University (GU) have recently signed (pictured) an “articulation agreement” at the first-phase campus of the Macao-Hengqin International Education (University) Town for the establishment of a dual bachelor’s degree programme, according to UTM.
Established in 1975, Griffith University is a leading public research university in the Australian state of Queensland, with five campuses across Southeast Queensland, more than 50,000 students, as well as a global alumni network of over 200,000 graduates.
Under the agreement, students who successfully achieve the graduation requirements of both universities will be awarded two bachelor’s degrees, one from UTM and one from GU, within a minimum of four years through a mutually recognised credit transfer framework, according to UTM.
