Macau’s general unemployment rate – 1.8 per cent – and the unemployment rate of local residents – 2.4 per cent – for July to September 2025 fell by 0.2 percentage points over the previous period (June-August), according to the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC).
Meanwhile, the general underemployment rate for July-September (1.5 per cent) remained unchanged from the previous period, while the underemployment rate of local residents (2 per cent) increased slightly by 0.1 percentage point. More details can be found via this link.
