A delegation from the Macao Polytechnic University (MPU) travelled to Brazil to visit various universities there from 11-17 April, during the time when the South American nation’s president, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, was paying a state visit to China. The MPU delegation’s visit to Brazil aims to promote the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin in a bid to deepen cooperation on innovation and entrepreneurship. Sao Paulo State University, State University of Campinas, University of Brasilia and Federal University of Minas Gerais were among those visited by the delegation.
