Indonesian authorities have recently arrested two Chinese tourists for stealing and spending Rp. 181.7 million (US$12,377) on a credit card that belonged to another Chinese traveller, who realised his credit card was missing from his wallet when he was collecting his luggage at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali. The perpetrators were caught at a mobile phone store at Mall Bali Galeria in Kuta and face up to six years in prison if convicted, according to several Indonesian media reports.
