The cross-boundary shuttle bus service between Macau and Hong Kong International Airport began operating on 30 August. The “HK Airport Direct” buses connect the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) Macau Port and the Hong Kong International Airport Sky Pier Terminal Transfer Coach area, allowing passenger to be transported directly to the Hong Kong airport’s restricted area without having to go through the immigration checkpoint there, while their baggage is checked-in and boarding passes issued in Macau – and vice versa.
