ELIGIBLE MACAU RESIDENTS CAN START APPLYING TO BUY A FLAT AT MACAU NEW NEIGHBOURHOOD FROM 28 NOVEMBER

Eligible Macau residents can start submitting their applications to buy a flat at the Hengqin-located Macau News Neighbourhood (MNN) from 9 am on 28 November, either online or in person at the sales centres, according to Macau Urban Renewal (MUR). The price of a two-bedroom flat, with a gross floor area of about 88 square metres, ranges from RMB 2.41 to 2.63 million, while the price of a three-bedroom flat, with a gross floor area of about 118 square metres, ranges from RMB 3.53 to 3.71 million.
