King Harald V of Norway was on 27 February hospitalised on the Malaysian island of Langkawi while holidaying in the Southeast Asian nation, reportedly due to an infection, which has since forced the 87-year-old monarch to remain in the hospital despite a reported improving health. The king is expected to stay at the hospital for a few more days, according to the Norwegian Royal Palace, but it is not yet known when exactly he will be returning to Norway.
