Westlife member Mark Feehily abruptly left his band earlier this week as he revealed a four-year battle with chronic health issues. Reportedly, the singer had a hernia surgery recently and was treated for sepsis in August 2020. Furthermore, the 43-year-old singer will not continue to perform with Westlife’s scheduled shows but the Irish boy band’s remaining members Kian Egan, Nicky Byrne and Shane Filan have confirmed they will continue with the band. Feehily has expressed his intention to return to performing with the band when he is back to health. Westlife performed in Macau in November last year and in July 2019.
