The 26th Macao Myanmar Overseas Chinese Water Festival kicks off today. The two-day event will include a float parade that will take place in the Macau Peninsula today and in Taipa and Coloane tomorrow.
In addition, there will be an “Ethnic Singing and Dancing Performance” at the Rotunda de Carlos da Maia tonight, from 7:30 pm to 10 pm.
Moreover, a “Gastronomy Culture Street Fair” will take place in Rua da Restauração, Rotunda de Carlos da Maia from 11 am to 10 pm today and 11 am to 5 pm tomorrow.
Lastly, the “Water Festival Carnival” will be held at the Rotunda de Carlos da Maia from 3-5 pm tomorrow. Admission to all the festival’s activities is free. For more information contact 2855 3995. (Wong Kin Ang)
