Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau held its “Joy of Wonder” Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Thursday, revealing its five-metre-tall Christmas tree crafted from dark chocolate and adorned with intricate leaf-shaped chocolate cookies and festive symbols like angels, shining stars and gingerbread men.
“This Christmas, we are delighted to continue our cherished tradition of revealing the magnificent Christmas tree in our iconic Hotel Lobby, accompanied by the enchanting carollers from The International School of Macau,” Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau General Manager Rutger Verschuren said during the ceremony.
Verschuren, who is also the Artyzen Hospitality Group’s Area Vice President for Macau and Hengqin Operations, added, “Christmas signifies a time of warmth and joy, allowing us to engage with our community and spread happiness, which is the heart of our mission.”
Meanwhile, the hotel has also launched its “Joy of Wonder” Christmas Promotions 2024, comprising, such as its “Christmas Doce Afternoon Tea Set” at Café Bela Vista. Priced at MOP 398++ for two people, this luxurious tea set runs until 26 December, offering a savoury section displayed in the open kitchen for presentation and sweet delights served on a beautifully decorated trolley, plus coffee, tea or Glühwein (mulled wine)
Also at Café Bela Vista, from 1 to 19 December, diners can enjoy the “Christmas Weekday Festive Dinner Buffet”, which serves classics like Roasted Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Portuguese Bolo Rei (The King’s Cake), Traditional Yule Log Cake, Christmas Stollen, and Traditional Mince Pie, complimented with other mouth-watering dishes. Priced at MOP 350 nett per adult and MOP 175 nett per child, this promotional buffet is available for group booking only and includes free flow of beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
Other promotions include “Merry & Delicious Seafood Lunch and European Dinner Buffets” on 24 and 25 December, “New Year’s Eve Sparkling Dinner Buffet” on 31 December and the “New Year’s Day Seafood & Gourmet Lunch Buffet” on 1 January 2025.
