The 30th Macao International Trade & Investment Fair (MIF) will be held at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Expo from 22 to 25 October, with applications now open for the event’s “Macao Local Enterprise Sales Area”.
Eligible Macau enterprises can enjoy an 80-per cent discount with the exhibition fees reduced to MOP 2,700, according to its organiser, Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM).
This move aims to support and encourage local enterprises in exploring domestic and international markets. Interested enterprises may submit applications via the “Online Application System for Event Projects” on IPIM’s website until 6 August.
The “Macao Local Enterprise Sales Area” covers categories like smart home devices, daily necessities, food and beverages, and creative cultural products. Each eligible enterprise can only apply for one booth at the preferential price. Due to limited booth availability, applications will be handled through a ballot system if the number of applications exceeds the event’s capacity, and the organiser reserves the rights of making final decisions.
Meanwhile, the 30th MIF will be held concurrently with the “2nd China-Portuguese-Speaking Countries Economic and Trade Expo (Macau)” as well as the “Macao Franchise Expo 2025”. For more information about 30th MIF visit its official website. – GNM
