The “hush! Beach Concerts x Urban Sports Wellfest 2026” will be held at Hac Sa Beach in Coloane on 14 and 15 November, featuring live music and urban sports as the event aims to create a new cultural and tourism experience that combines music, sports and community culture, according to a press conference (pictured) held at MGM Cotai on Thursday.
Jointly organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) and MGM, and co-organised by the Macau Customs, Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM), Marine and Water Bureau (DSAMA), as well as the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), the event “allows residents and tourists to enjoy performances, challenge themselves, relax and explore local culture in a single day”, according to IC.
Themed “Energy Island”, this year’s event will transform the entire coastline into a youth lifestyle scene that can be experienced, practiced and explored. Participants can follow the musical rhythms while practicing sports, enjoy performances amidst natural landscapes, and establish connections between culture, wellness and community through various forms of interaction, IC has pointed out.
