A total of 17 restaurants in Macau have made it into the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2023, with two Grand Lisboa Hotel’s restaurants – Robuchon au Dôme and The Eight – and Jade Dragon at City of Dreams each receiving three Michelin stars. Five other restaurants in Macau have each received two stars, while each of the nine others received one star.
