The first session of public briefing for the 3rd round of Macau SAR’s Talent Recruitment Programme will kick off at 11 am on 15 January and registration for this session was opened yesterday.

The registration period for this upcoming public briefing session will run until 5 pm on 10 January.

The public briefing is held to “facilitate public understanding of the details and application procedures” for the 3rd round of the city’s Talent Recruitment Programmes, according to the Talent Development Committee (CDQQ).

The committee will hold two sessions – the second session will be held on 6 February – accessible both in person and online, with simultaneous Portuguese interpretation provided for the first session and English for the second session.

Individuals from around the world who are interested in applying for the programmes are welcome to participate in these public briefing sessions.

This 3rd round of Talent Recruitment Programmes began on 2 December 2025 and will run through 1 December this year.

The Programmes continue to accept applications globally under nine programmes targeting three talent categories, namely the High-End Talents Programme, four Outstanding Talent Programmes and four Advanced Professionals Programmes, according to CDQQ.

The upcoming first public briefing session will focus on introducing the application procedures, required documentation and key points for attention regarding the 3rd Round of Talent Recruitment Programmes. This will include an explanation of how applicants can utilise the upgraded functions of the e-application platform to better understand what documents are required for submission, thereby improving the accuracy of their applications.

Furthermore, the session will introduce the streamlined and fully digitalised approval process, which enables applicants to track the progress of their applications at any time.

Individuals interested in applying for the programmes may register via the dedicated webpage (https://trplatform.cdqq.gov.mo/latest-news/en/briefingsession) and choose to attend the briefing session either in person or online. Successful registrants will be notified by email on or before 13 January.

Registration for the second session will be open from 10 am on 26 January until 5 pm on 2 February. For more information visit CDQQ’s website. – GNM
