Chief Executive Sam Hou Fai said earlier this week the Macau SAR Government will continue to value and support the Macanese community.
Sam (pictured) made the remarks on Tuesday during a reception for the Macanese community representatives.
He also expressed hope that the Macanese community would leverage its unique strengths in participating actively in the integrated development of Macau and Hengqin, as well as the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA), embracing the new landscape in Macao, while also keeping pace with the times, according to the Government Information Bureau (GCS).
