Macau SAR Chief Executive Sam Hou Fai embarked on an official visit to Europe yesterday, leading a delegation of Macau SAR Government officials and business representatives to visit Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Belgium.
The delegation is expected to return to Macau on 26 April, according to the SAR’s Government Information Bureau (GCS).
The Macau SAR Government particularly hopes that this series of visits will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Portugal, Spain, the European Union (EU) as a whole, the World Trade Organization (WTO), and other international organisations across multiple fields.
