The unemployment rate of local residents (2.2 per cent) for November 2025-January 2026 decreased by 0.1 percentage point from the previous period (October-December 2025), while the underemployment rate of local residents (2.2 per cent) increased by 0.2 percentage points, according to data from the SAR’s Statistics and Census Service (DSEC).
Meanwhile, the city’s general unemployment rate (1.7 per cent) decreased by 0.1 percentage point from the previous period, while the general underemployment rate (1.7 per cent) grew by 0.2 percentage points. More details on this employment survey report can be found via this link.
