The Islands Healthcare Complex in Cotai is expected to begin operations in phases starting at the end of this year, Macau’s Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture Elsie Ao Ieong U said recently on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of a new Kiang Wu Nursing College campus, located in the Cotai healthcare complex.
