L’Arc Macau has established the “Employee of the Quarter” Award for thirteen consecutive years since 2010. The award aims to recognize employees for their outstanding performance and contributions at work. The “Employee of the 1st Quarter of 2023” Award Ceremony was held on 18 April at Hotel Staff Cafeteria to congratulate and encourage the awardees.
The “Employee of the 1st Quarter of 2023” awardees are selected by their department heads based on “Quality of Work”, “Enthusiasm”, “Commitment”, “Productivity” and other important criteria. The awardees of this quarter are Food & Beverage – Yang Xiaodong and Liang Jieming, Housekeeping – Fang Qi, Engineering – Hou Jidi, Casino Operations – Zhu Yan and Wong Meng Sang, Casino Security – Zhao Meiyao. Keith Cheong, Senior Human Resources & Corporate Communications Manager of L’Arc Macau presented certificates, pins of recognition and dining vouchers to the awardees as encouragement.
