Only about a week after Typhoon Talim affected Macau, with the Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) hoisting the city’s first Typhoon Signal No. 8 of the year, another tropical cyclone is expected to affect the region again in the coming week, the Hong Kong Observatory said earlier this week.
