The 2023 Sands Shopping Carnival has arrived with over 580 booths offering a variety of carnival delights, from gourmet dishes from Imperial House Dim Sum to a dedicated children’s corner – and just about anything anyone would find in a shopper’s paradise. The event kicked off on Thursday and is held at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Expo Halls A and B.

Organised by Sands China Ltd, the annual carnival provides the booths to local businesses for free, allowing them to promote their companies, brands and products. “Events like this play an important role in enhancing the non-gaming elements of our industry, contributing to Macau’s status as a world centre of tourism and leisure,” Sands China President Wilfred Wong said. It remains open to the public today and tomorrow, from noon to 10 pm. Admission is free. For more information visit the event’s website. (Jonathan Mohr)
