The Macao Museum of Art (MAM) will showcase Qing Dynasty painter Yun Shouping’s work of art in an exhibition entitled “Yun Shouping: Paintings and Calligraphy from the Palace Museum and the Shanghai Museum” at the MAM’s fourth-floor area from 2 September to 12 November. The exhibition’s opening ceremony will take place on 1 September.
Jointly organised by MAM, which is under Macau’s Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC), the Palace Museum and the Shanghai Museum, the exhibition is also co-organised by Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and the Macao Foundation (FM) and supported by Macao Daily News – featuring over 180 landscape, bird and flower paintings, as well as calligraphy artworks by Yun, his disciples and fellow artists.
The exhibition will be open from 10 am to 7 pm daily except Monday. Admission is free. For more information visit MAM’s website.
