Hong Kong authorities are culling about 1,100 pigs in Yuen Long after samples from 20 pigs there were found positive for the African swine flu virus, the neighbouriung SAR’s Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department said recently. It is the third time this month that Hong Kong is culling pigs in Yuen Long, according to a report by China Daily Hong Kong.
