Macau’s very-own Macanese band Tuna Macaense will perform in “Tuna Macanese’s Night” at Ponto 1915 Art Space on 30 May as part of Galaxy Entertainment Group’s (GEG) “Luso-Chinese Music Arts Festival”.
Founded in 1935, the local band is known for its unique Portuguese-style music, from Cha Cha Cha, Latin to modern adaptations, telling the cultural story of Macau through music and lyrics. In addition to singing in Portuguese, they also perform in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, according to Macau Music Art Space (MMAS).
Supported by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC), the “Tuna Macanese’s Night” will run from 7 pm to 10:30 pm.
