The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) has recently announced that a fair with 15 stalls at the revitalised Lai Chi Vun Shipyards area in Coloane is set to open at the end of this month, marking the launching of the first phase of the Lai Chi Vun Shipyards’ revitalization, according to several media reports.
