The “China and the Portuguese-speaking Countries Film Festival”, which is part of the “6th Encounter in Macao – Arts and Cultural Festival between China and the Portuguese-speaking Countries”, kicked off on 22 November with the Chinese film “Escape from the 21st Century” screened at Galaxy Macau’s Galaxy Cinemas.
Organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) and co-organised by Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG), the film festival – themed “Creating an Interesting Contrast” – will run until 13 December, presenting nearly 30 film productions in Chinese and Portuguese.
