A 29-year-old local man surnamed Wong and his father, both local residents have scammed seven construction workers whose friends and family members from mainland China – about 500 of them – were seeking jobs in Macau, claiming that the duo could help them get a local work permit (known as “blue card”) in their construction company. The man has been arrested while the father was still on the run yesterday, The Macau Post Daily reported.
