Jeffrey Lao Chak Cheong (pictured), lecturer of the Institute of Executive and Professional Development (IEPD) at the Macao University of Tourism (UTM), has been officially appointed by WorldSkills International as Expert Lead for the Confectionery/Patisserie project at the 48th WorldSkills Competition, the local university has announced.
Meanwhile, another UTM lecturer, Dr. David Charles Wiley Jr., has also been appointed as Chief Expert for the Bakery project at the Competition. Details on this news can be found via this link.
