Local art group Route Art Macau is today launching its exhibition-cum-live music and mime show about caterpillars on the ground floor of Macau Tower.
Entitled “Excursion in Alice’s Secret Garden”, the exhibition is held from today through 20 September, with the opening ceremony to take place at 2 pm this afternoon.
Meanwhile, the live music and mime show will be held at 3 pm and 4 pm on Sundays during the exhibition (25 August, 1 September, 8 September and 15 September).
Curated by Mel Cheong, the exhibition showcases the work of installation artist Teng Ka Man, while the mime show is directed by Nada Chan, with Richard Leong, Michael Lao, Vera Lam and Winky Sou as actors and actresses.
In addition, Hong Iat U oversees the music design and live music performance, with Victor Lai being the sign language interpreter, while San Lee is the costume designer.
Co-organised by Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre, the exhibition-cum-show is sponsored by the Cultural Development Fund (FDC).
