Miss Grand Philippines 2023 candidate Catherine Camilon was officially declared a missing person recently after missing in action for five days, according to the Batangas Police Provincial Office. The 26-year-old high school teacher reportedly left her house in Barangay Rillo, Tuy on 12 October on board her Nissan Juke – plate number NEI 2990. Camilon’s mother was said to last speak to her daughter when Camilon was at a petrol station in Bauan, after which the mother did not receive any updates from her daughter, according to various media reports in the Philippines.
