Famous Portuguese fado singer Camané is ready for tonight’s collaboration with the Macao Chinese Orchestra, which will take place at the Grand Auditorium of the Macao Cultural Centre (CCM) in Nape. The singer is a precursor of today’s new generation of Portuguese fado singers, according to the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC).
Camané is set to perform his songs that have been adapted to Chinese musical instrumentals, resulting in a harmonious fusion of Chinese and Portuguese sounds, which will be enjoyed by the concertgoers tonight. The concert will start at 8 pm. Meanwhile, a press conference was held at the CCM on Thursday to introduce the singer to local media. For more information about the concert visit IC’s website.
