Video submission’s deadline for “Volume”, a music video competition segment of the Macau International Short Film Festival co-organised by Creative Macau and the Institute of European Studies of Macau, has been extended to 31 July, according to Creative Macau.
Any forms of video are welcome, with soundtrack of the song required to be a Macau original song, while the productions must be completed “not before 1 January, 2023”, according to the Macau International Short Film Festival’s website.
Sponsored by the Macau SAR Government’s Cultural Development Fund, the annual festival has been made to build up dialogue between film enthusiasts, filmmakers and industry professionals.
This year’s festival is scheduled to take place from 3-10 December, featuring short film productions that include fictions, documentaries and animations from across the world, as well as music videos created with songs from Macau.
