Justin Ar-jay Ramos Fontanilla (20) and Armando Bocalan Hernandez Jr. (21) were arrested in the Philippines recently for their involvement in the fatal hazing of an Adamson University student named John Matthew Salilig, who reportedly underwent a fraternity initiation rite on 18 February and went missing for 10 days before his body was found in a shallow grave in Imus City. Meanwhile, in addition to the two suspects, seven Tau Gamma Phi fraternity members linked to Salilig’s death have been indicted in relation to the case, according to a report by Philippine Daily Inquirer.
