The number bib collection for the 2024 Sands China Macao International 10K will start tomorrow, Sports Bureau (ID) has announced.
Participants can collect their number bibs and the notes to participants at the Olympic Sports Centre’s Indoor Pavilion in Taipa from noon to 9 pm on tomorrow through 15 March, and between noon and 10 pm on 16 March, by presenting their registration receipts and identification documents.
Those unable to collect in person may authorise others to do it on their behalf. For more information visit the 2024 Sands China Macao International 10K’s official website.
Jointly organised by ID, Sands China Ltd. and the General Association of Athletics of Macau, the 2024 Sands China Macao International 10K will be held this Sunday, with the Fun Race scheduled to start at 7 am and the 10K at 7:30 am at the Sai Van Lake Square. The finish line will be located inside the Olympic Sports Centre Stadium.
Meanwhile, the event’s “The FUNkiest Costume Award” will be held again this year, themed “Magic Run”. Participants may upload a photo of themselves wearing a costume that matches this year’s theme with their number bib from 9 am on 16 March to 9 am to 17 March under the condition that they complete the race in their registered costume on the race day. Ten winners will be awarded a prize of hotel accommodation and theme exhibition tickets.
In addition, a FUN Kids Interactive Running Zone has been set up at The Venetian Macao and is open to the public between noon and 8 pm from yesterday until 16 March.
