A 20-year-old male local resident has been fined for violating road safety regulations after he crashed into a passing vehicle while skating recently. Video footage circulating online shows the young man skated out of a residential building and hit a passing car. He reportedly suffered minor injuries but refused to be taken to the hospital. The police have condemned the man’s reckless action and urged all road users to abide by the law, according to a report by TDM.
