A drug charge against former Philippine senator Leila de Lima has been dismissed by a court in the Philippines after she spent the past six years in detention. Lima, one of the most vocal critics of Rodrigo Duterte’s war on drugs, has maintained that the drug case against her was a false allegation made by the former president, according to various Philippine media reports.
