A departing Chinese traveler reported discovering his wallet open and cash missing at Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) after going through the terminal’s security checkpoint recently, prompting airport authorities to review CCTV footage of the security checkpoint, where a female security screening officer was found to have taken and swallowed three US$100 bills with a bottle of water. A maximum penalty will reportedly be imposed to the said airport security, according to a report by Aerotime Hub. (Romeo Adriano Jr.)
