The Macau Light Rapid Transit (Macau LRT) will open its Union Hospital Station in Cotai today.
The new station – which connects the LRT Taipa Line and Seac Pai Van Line – is connected to the Islands Healthcare Complex – Macao Medical Center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, which is referred to as simply “Macao Union Hospital”.
Starting today, all trains of Taipa Line make a stop at the Union Hospital Station, according to Sociedade do Metro Ligeiro de Macau (MLM). Passengers can access the Macao Union Hospital via the station’s connecting footbridge.
eanwhile, the Seac Pai Van Line is currently undergoing tests and scheduled to be opened this year. (Yip Kiu)
