The 1st Macao Vegetarian Carnival will be held at Legend Boulevard in the Fisherman’s Wharf from today through 10 December, featuring 60 stalls selling vegetarian food as well as cultural and creative products, according to the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO).
The five-day event is divided into three main themes – multiculturalism, varied flavours and diverse experiences – and includes cultural and artistic performances, cultural talks, product sales, games booths, as well as a lantern ceremony to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Macau’s return to the motherland.
