Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16, BNU and CCILC-Macau has again partnered up to host the “Portuguese Gourmet Feat” at the Baccara, North Terrace on the 6th floor of the Inner Harbour hotel on 12 June, during which guests can experience an exclusive selection of the finest Portuguese delicacies accompanied by 30 exceptional wines from nine distinct regions.
The dinner, to be held from 6:30 pm to 10 pm, will also feature a variety of Portuguese cheeses, Iberico Bellota ham, an array of homemade artisanal breads, bacalhau, bolinhas de alheira, and much more.
