A massive blaze engulfed a 42-storey building still under construction, part of the Empire Group’s Mariners’ Club development on Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong on Thursday night. The fire broke out at around 11 pm on Thursday and it was under control by 8:30 am on Friday. No casualties were reported, according to several media reports.
