The Hong Kong Football Festival 2025 is scheduled to be held at the neighbouring SAR’s newly-opened Kai Tak Stadium from 24-31 July, with four of the world’s biggest football clubs set to highlight the event.

Liverpool Football Club is slated to face AC Milan on 26 July, while Arsenal vs Tottenham Hotspur will take place on 31 July, according to various media reports.

The 50,000-seat Kai Tak Stadium – equipped with a retractable roof – is part of a multi-purpose sports venue located at the site of Hong Kong’s former Kai Tak Airport in Kowloon, Kai Tak Sports Park, which officially opened on 1 March.

The HK$30 billion sports park also features a 10,000-seat Kai Tak Arena and a 5,000-seat Public Sports Ground.
