The Australian Chamber of Commerce Macau (AustCham Macau) will hold its annual “Australia Day BBQ” at Galaxy Macau, 2nd floor, in the Terrazza restaurant patio’s outdoor area, on 25 January 2025.
Observed annually on 26 January, Australia Day is Australia’s National Day, marking the landing of the first British fleet, comprising 11 ships, and the raising of Great Britain’s Union Flag by Arthur Phillip, the first governor of the Colony of News South Wales, at Sydney Harbour in 1788. Today, Australia Day also celebrates the diversity and achievements of Australian society throughout time.
AustCham Macau’s Australia Day BBQ this year will run from 4 pm to 8 pm. Tickets are priced at MOP 520 for AustCham members, MOP 620 for non-members, MOP 220 for children aged 3-12, and free for children under 3 years old.
