Filipino, Thai and Malaysian cuisines will be featured in the “International Festival of Cities of Gastronomy, Macau”, which will be held at the Fisherman’s Wharf in Nape from 14-23 June, according to the organisers.

The organisers revealed in a press conference recently that the event will feature the International Gastronomy Avenue that will feature about 100 stalls. Furthermore, the festival will showcase Asia’s gastronomic flavours, particularly bringing together delicacies from the six Creative Cities of Gastronomy in China – Chengdu, Shunde, Yangzhou, Huai’an, Chaozhou and Macau, according to a report by TDM

In addition, the organisers have invited representatives from famous restaurants in other Asian Creative Cities of Gastronomy, namely Phuket (Thailand), Kuching (Malaysia) and Iloilo (Philippines). During the festival, exhibitors will showcase the flavours of different destinations and the unique characteristics of each city’s gastronomic profile, according to the TDM report.
