After the opening of Macau’s first butterfly-friendly garden in Seac Pai Van Park in March, Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) will launch optimisation works in some green areas in Hac Sá Reservoir Natural Park, particularly aiming to create another butterfly-friendly garden.
The project began on Thursday, with the works being carried out in stages, through planting diversified plants that attract butterflies and optimising the ecological environment to create a natural corridor suitable for butterflies to rest, forage and breed, according to IAM.
The optimisation works are expected to be completed in July. More details can be found via this link. – GNM
