About two dozen students enrolled in the Culinary Arts Management bachelor’s degree programme of the Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) recently had the opportunity to meet British celebrity chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay during the world-famous MasterChef judge’s visit to Macau. Accompanied by some IFTM alumni and faculty members, the students participated in a question-and-answer session with Chef Ramsay at the chef’s newly-opened Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at The Londoner Macao.
“Chef Ramsay serves as an exemplary role model for IFTM students, embodying qualities and achievements they can aspire to. IFTM believes the interaction is integral to their education, aiming to inspire and cultivate future talents within the culinary and hospitality industry,” according to the IFTM.
