The Macau Jazz Promotion Association (MJPA) will present a show by local brass player Gregory Wong at the Macau Cultural Centre (CCM) Black Box Theatre on 10 October. Accompanying Wong during the show, entitled “Macau Jazz Upcomer Concert – Gregory Wong Quintet”, will be saxophonist Liu Tang Wen, pianist Gwo Jun Yu, double bassist Liu Yu Jia and drummer Lin Jia En. Established in 2010, the MJPA has nurtured many local talents who have completed their studies abroad, including Wong, who joined MJPA in 2013.
