Since the first day of sales of the Macau New Neighbourhood (MNN) flats in Hengqin, there are now more than 4,000 residents living in the compound, according to Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR).
A resident surnamed Hoi (pictured) purchased his flat on that very first day, on 28 November 2023, finally moving into his property in September 2024. He particularly enjoys the beautiful environment with views of Tianmu Qintai, while also praising the smooth layout and clear distinction between the living and dining areas inside the property.
In addition, Hoi is satisfied with his seamless cross-border life between Hengqin and Macau, according to a press release by MUR.
It takes no more than half an hour by car to reach the Macau Peninsula from Hengqin.
Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus service between MNN and the North Gate 2 bus pick-up area on Level L2 at Hengqin Port (Zhuhai’s Port Zone).
Meanwhile, MNN has introduced large show flats on the third floor of Block 4, showcasing spatial highlights that include spacious living rooms, multifunctional areas and flexible storage solutions, with the new show flats designed to significantly enhance the sense of openness and natural illumination within interior spaces and offer bespoke living solutions for families of all sizes.
MNN features various amenities, including health stations, schools, restaurants, supermarkets, as well as extensive green spaces, among others. – GNM
