A pet-friendly exhibition, entitled “Matsui ‘The Dog’ 1st Overseas Solo Exhibition”, is currently held at the Navy Yard No. 1 in Barra, showcasing hand drawn works by acclaimed Japanese illustrator Matsui.

Co-organised by MGM and local trendy retail brand The Big Apple, the exhibition, which kicked off on 16 August, also features large-scale photo spots, limited edition merchandise and DIY workshops.

Pets are really “welcomed to the exhibition,” according to the co-organisers.

Meanwhile, the Navy Yard No. 2 has been transformed into a pet-friendly café and pet store, along with a Dog Park in the open area, where visitors’ “furbabies” can roam freely with a variety of play facilities. Pet strollers are available for rent on-site.

“What a great place for us to hang out with not just our children but also with our pets and fellow pet owners or lovers,” a visitor named Lisa Lai told Good News Macau

The exhibition is open from 11 am to 7 pm daily until 31 October. Admission is free. For more information visit MGM’s website. (Yip Kiu)
